1. About Us
CySafe is a trading name of NXTL Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC876720). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to NXTL Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CySafe platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
3. Use of the Service
The Service provides cybersecurity training courses and related materials. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with any other person
- Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@cysafe.online.
5. Purchases and Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once a course is purchased and accessed, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and branding on the Service are the intellectual property of NXTL Ltd or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased course content for personal or organisational use only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cybersecurity training reduces risk but cannot guarantee complete protection.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXTL Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
